ULTRA MARINE AIR AIDS PVT. LTD was incorporated on 7th December 1976 by Late Commodore E.J. Debu, I.N. Retd., under the Indian Companies act, 1956. The main objectives for which the Company has been established are:

To act as agents of foreign manufacturers of Marine Navigation, Electronic Distance Measuring Instruments, Ship-borne and Air-borne Communication Systems and Computer Systems.

To Service, Repair, Install all Navigational Aids and Communication Equipment and to provide Technical Service Support for the commissioning of Ship-borne Equipment. To Sell Nautical

Appliances and items of Spares for Navigational and Communication Equipments.
To Sell Nautical Publications and Navigational Charts and other allied Services.

MANAGEMENT:

The business of the Company is managed by the Board of Directors of the Company, based in New Delhi. Matters pertaining to Policy, Corporate Affairs, System and Financials, as well as liaison with varies agencies are handled by New Delhi Office. The main Sales and Service Activities of the Company are handled by our Sales and Service branches located at Kolkta, Mumbai, Cochin, and Visakhapatnam.

In general there is a geographical distribution of this work in that Kolkata handles the East Coast and Mumbai covers the West Coast. Visakhapatnam comes under Kolkata, Cochin and Chennai comes under Mumbai Office.
